How can I place an order?Placing an order is simple! Just follow these steps: Browse our product categories or use the search bar to find what you're looking for. Add your desired items to the cart by selecting the quantity and any customization options. When you're ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing details. Review your order and click “Place Order” to complete the purchase. You'll receive an email with the invoice including delivery costs, if applicable. Review the invoice and process the relevant payments. Once we've received payment, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at showroom@anitasinteriors.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How long will it take to receive my order?Delivery times depend on the purchased items: Standard Shipping for in stock items: 3-7 business days Standard Shipping for made to order items: 4-6 weeks International orders will depend on the destination.

How do I return an item?To return an item, simply follow these steps: Contact our customer service team at showroom@anitasinteriors.co.za with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

What is your return policy?We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?We're so sorry your item arrived damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible at showroom@anitasinteriors.com with: Your order number A photo of the damaged item A brief description of the issue We will assist you with a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs if the damage occurred during shipping.
