Please read them carefully before making any purchases or submitting your information. To place an order through our online store, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. 1. Accepting of Terms & Conditions​​

​These Terms and Conditions are designed to govern all transactions made with Anita's Interiors, including the sales of products in-store and through our online shop. By placing an order, providing delivery instructions, or accepting delivery of any products from Anita's Interiors, you agree to these terms without reservation. Please note that these terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

To place an order through our online store, you must create a user account. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide basic personal information, including but not limited to:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Delivery Address

  • Billing Address

By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update any personal details as needed to keep your account information accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products & Services

Anita's Interiors offers a range interior design products, services, and solutions for customers. The products available for sale through our online store or in-store purchases may include furniture, home decor, lighting, ornaments, curtains, and other home decor items. The services may include design consultations, room makeovers, project management, custom design work and 3D rendering.

Product descriptions and images on the website are provided for informational purposes. We strive to ensure that the details are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. All items are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Online Purchases: You may purchase products through the online store by adding items to your cart, and completing the checkout process.

In-Store Purchases: Products displayed online may also be available for purchase directly at our physical store. Please contact us or visit the store for availability if you prefer to purchase in person.

4. Order Process

To place an order:

  1. Account Login/Registration: Log in to your existing account or create a new one to complete the order process.

  2. Browse the product categories and add your selected items to your shopping cart.

  3. Proceed to checkout, where you will be prompted to provide your delivery address.

  4. Delivery Information: Ensure that your delivery address and billing address are correct.

  5. Review your order details, including the total price. Please note that you can choose to have your order delivered or in-store collection.

  6. We will review your order and send an invoice to your email including delivery costs, if applicable, in 1-2 business days.

  7. Completion: Once your payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you agree to pay the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. You also confirm that the information you provide (including delivery address) is accurate and up-to-date.

5. Payment

We accept payment methods, including bank transfers. We also accept in-store payments, including cash on collection, credit/debit cards, and gift cards. 

Payment for products and services is due at the time of purchase. 

If there are any issues processing your payment, we will notify you via email, and your order will not be shipped until payment is successfully processed.

Upon completion of your order and successful payment processing, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be added to the invoice depending on the weight and size of the purchased items. The delivery time frame varies based on the products ordered and the delivery location. Estimated delivery times will be provided in the invoice.

  • Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Anita's Interiors are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delivery times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, carrier delays, or other issues beyond our control.​

  • Shipping Costs: Delivery charges, if applicable, will be calculated and added to the total cost of your order.

  • In-Store Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your items in person, you can choose the “In-Store Pickup” option during checkout (if available). You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless stated otherwise. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed or shipped.

  • Returns: We accept returns for damaged or faulty items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt, providing photos and details of the damage. Certain products, such as custom-made or final-sale items, may not be eligible for return.

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.​

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

We strive to make shopping on our website as convenient as possible. For your ease and security, we accept a variety of payment methods:

4. Gift Cards

We accept Anita’s Interiors gift cards for payment. You can redeem your gift card at checkout.

5. Lay-by

We offer flexible financing in the form of Lay-by.

Payment of a minimum of 25% over the course of a maximum of 4 months is required to reserved any or all items purchased in-store. In the event of a missed installment, Anita’s Interiors has the right to forfeit your reserved items with no refund. Once Anita’s Interiors has received full payment, the below item/s will be packaged for collection or delivery.
