SHIPPING POLICY

At Anita’s Interiors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Shipping and Returns Policy is designed to provide clear and easy-to-follow guidelines for both shipping and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

We offer a variety of shipping options to get your purchase to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

We currently offer shipping to South African cities and towns. For international customers, please contact us directly for shipping options.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping of in stock items: Delivery within 3-7 business days (depending on your location). Shipping cost is subject to weight of your order and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping of made to order items: Delivery within 4-6 weeks (depending on your location). Shipping cost is subject tto weight of your order and delivery location.

  • International Shipping: Delivery time varies based on destination. For international customers, please contact us directly for shipping options.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please note that shipping couriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather). We recommend checking your tracking information for the most up-to-date status on your order.

RETURN POLICY

At Anita’s Interiors, we want you to love the items you’ve ordered. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • It must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.).

  • Certain items such as customized, personalized, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at showroom@anitasinteriors.co.za with your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

  3. Shipping the Return: You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

  4. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items), you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Email us at showroom@anitasinteriors.co.za with a photo of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and issue a full refund or send a replacement.

7. Sale or Discounted Items

Sale or discounted items purchased online or in-store may not be eligible for return unless it is damaged or deffective.​​​​

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If you receive a partial refund, it may be due to restocking fees, the condition of the returned items, or items missing from the return.

Exceptions to Return Policy

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items (unless stated otherwise)

  • Any items marked as final sale on the product page
